ELC is proud to support bible camp ministries through annual donations and by offering scholarships to ELC campers. SPARKS (K-5)
Special Pals Always Ready for Kingdom Service

This youth group meets monthly for devotions, an activity (craft projects, fellowship, games, etc) and snacks. Our meeting dates vary depending on the activity (often after God's Children and Kids of the Kingdom choir practice), so watch the youth bulletins, Sunday School notes, and newsletters for monthly information!

YOUNGFIRE (6th-8th grade)
Young Friends in Relationships Eternally

Middle Schoolers--This is your youth group! Monthly events are planned based on suggestions by Middle Schoolers. Events are publicized in monthly newsletters, youth bulletins and through Sunday School notes. As with all group activities, adult leadership is always needed and appreciated.

HOLY SMOKE (9th-12th grade)
Holy and Spirited Members Offering Kingdom Experiences

A High School Council has formed to plan ministry for this age group. Representatives from each class (Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors) meet monthly with Pastor Eric to brainstorm ideas, make plans, and publicize high school ministry events.

BIBLE STORY HOUR

Bible Story Hour meets the third Wednesday of each month throughout the year. Story Hour is open to all preschool and home-schooled children and their parents or caregivers and to all elementary children during the summer! Join the fun from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in the 3/4 year old Sunday School room. We will share a story, craft and snack. Everyone is welcome, so bring a friend.

These children are enjoying spending time with friends in Christ at ELC's preschool story hour.

YOUTH MINISTRY TEAMS

ELC PUPPET MINISTRY TEAM meets for practice every Tuesday after school. Everyone is welcome to join the team--any age. We have a snack first and then start practice at 3:30-4:30 p.m. Puppet Ministry is a fun way to tell others about Jesus! Come join the team!

CLOWN TROUPE is made up of youth in middle and high school. "I am willing to act like a fool in order to show my joy in the Lord." II Samuel 6:21 The group performs skits for worship, intergenerational events, nursing homes and hospitals. They meet weekly at 5-6:00 p.m. on Thursdays. Be a fool for Christ!

YOUTH & FAMILY LIFE COMMITTEE
The Youth & Family Committee is involved in service and fellowship activities for the youth and families in our congregation. We meet regularly to discuss ideas for new and repeating events, brainstorm for fund raisers to help all families participate in the activities and to go over ways to add to or make improvements to activities to interest our youth and families. Youth and Family Life Committee meets the first Tuesday of each month at 5 p.m.
